These Terms are an agreement between you and Mental Health Core, LLC, a Florida limited liability SDVOSB company. By using mentalhealthcore.com, you accept them.

1. Who may use MHC:

You must be 18 or older.

2. What MHC is

MHC provides digital psychoeducation — structured educational programs about mental health topics, including Living Suicide Awareness (LSA) and Agency · Dignity · Health (ADH). These two core programs are provided free of charge for personal use for life.

3. Clinical disclaimer — education, not therapy

This section is the heart of these Terms. Read it first.

  • MHC content is educational. It is not medical advice, not mental-health advice, not diagnosis, and not treatment.
  • Using MHC does not create a counselor-client, clinician-patient, or therapist relationship of any kind with MHC or its founder.
  • MHC is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you have concerns about your health, look for, find, connect with, and talk to a qualified and licensed provider.
  • MHC is not a crisis service and is not monitored in real time. If you are in danger or crisis, call or text 988, or call 911. Veterans: dial 988, then press 1.

4. Your account

Provide a valid email and keep your sign-in access to yourself. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or other people.

5. Acceptable use

6. Intellectual property

All content, programs, designs, the wordmark "MHC | Mental Health Core," the mark Agency · Dignity · Health™, and associated logos are the property of Mental Health Core, LLC. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service personally. All other rights reserved.

7. No warranties

MHC is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted service, and educational content does not guarantee any particular outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mental Health Core, LLC and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (for free programs, zero dollars).

9. Indemnification

You agree to hold Mental Health Core, LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law
