Privacy Policy

Effective date: 08/21/2026

Mental Health Core, LLC ("MHC," "we," "our") operates mentalhealthcore.com. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the current MHC application processes, why it is used, and which service providers help operate the platform.

The short version

Living Suicide Awareness (LSA) and Agency · Dignity · Health (ADH) are free for life, require no account, and save program progress on your device. Expanded MHC programs may require an account and may be made available through one-time program passes or organization-sponsored access. Depending on the feature you use, MHC processes account, purchase, program-access, inquiry, feedback, and technical information as described below. Stripe handles payment-card processing. MHC does not sell or rent personal information or share it with advertisers.

1. Information we process

  • Account and authentication information. Supabase provides account authentication and session processing. Account and profile records may include your email address, internal user and authentication identifiers, account role and status, creation and update timestamps, and profile details or preferences you choose to provide, such as a display name, ZIP code, veteran-status response, consent response, or reminder preference.
  • Purchase and payment-related records. For paid access, MHC processes records needed to start and reconcile Stripe Checkout, such as a Stripe customer identifier, checkout or purchase-session identifiers, the offer and selected program identifiers, payment or subscription status when applicable, tier or seat-count fields where applicable, and related fulfillment metadata.
  • Program-access records. MHC processes entitlement records used to determine which programs an account may access. These records may include the program identifier, whether access comes from a pass or subscription, the offer or source associated with the grant, and an access-expiration date when applicable.
  • Institutional inquiries. If you request institutional pricing, the form asks for organization name and type, contact name and email, optional phone number, estimated number of users or seats, and optional notes.
  • Feedback and review submissions. If you choose to submit feedback or reviewer input, MHC and its form provider may process ratings, program or topic selections, written comments, sharing or research preferences, referral information, and an email address or optional reviewer context when you provide them.
  • Technical and operational information. Hosting and application systems may process standard server logs, request and error details, session or event identifiers, and limited operational information used for security, rate limiting, troubleshooting, monitoring, and failure alerts. An IP address may be processed for rate limiting and related security diagnostics. A limited summary of an institutional inquiry may be sent through an operational alert channel so MHC can respond.

2. Payment processing

Payment-card details are entered into Stripe’s checkout interface and processed by Stripe. The MHC application does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. MHC receives and maintains the customer, checkout, payment-status, and access records needed to reconcile a purchase, provide access, and support billing. If a billing portal is available for an account, it is provided through Stripe.

3. Clinical and educational boundaries

We do not ask for, and do not want, your medical records, diagnoses, or treatment history. The MHC platform provides self-paced digital psychoeducation. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis care, or establish a clinical relationship merely through use of the platform. MHC does not use the platform to provide clinical treatment or maintain a clinical treatment record. Please do not enter medical records, diagnoses, treatment history, or other personal health information into free-text feedback, inquiry, or review fields.

4. How we use information

  • Authenticate accounts and maintain secure sessions.
  • Start and reconcile purchases, maintain customer and access records, and provide program entitlements.
  • Respond to support requests, institutional inquiries, feedback, and reviewer submissions.
  • Operate, secure, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of the service.
  • Meet applicable legal and operational obligations.

5. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Depending on the feature used, information is processed by service providers that help operate MHC, including Replit for hosting and infrastructure; Supabase for authentication, profiles, and access records; Stripe for checkout, payment, customer, and billing services; and Formspree for feedback, review, and institutional inquiry forms. Operational notification services, including Pushover or another configured notification channel, may process limited event, diagnostic, or inquiry-summary information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or as needed to protect the service and its users.

6. Cookies and local storage

MHC uses browser cookies or storage as needed to maintain authentication sessions and remember local application state. Program progress, preferences, feedback-submission status, and an invitation or referral reference may be stored on your device. Information from local storage may be included when you choose to submit a related form. You can clear locally stored information through your browser settings. The current application does not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers.

7. Retention, deletion, and requests

Retention depends on the type of record, why it is needed, and the systems used to process it. MHC does not state one fixed retention period for all account, purchase, access, inquiry, feedback, or operational records. Information may be retained as needed to provide and support access, reconcile purchases, respond to submissions, operate and secure the service, and meet applicable obligations. Records handled by service providers may also be subject to their systems and retention practices.

Information stored only on your device can be removed through your browser settings. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of account, profile, feedback, or inquiry information controlled by MHC, email coreinfo@mentalhealthcore.com. MHC will review the request against the records it controls and any retention needs that apply. The current application does not provide a self-service account-deletion tool.

8. Adults only

MHC is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using the service, contact coreinfo@mentalhealthcore.com.

9. Security

MHC uses reasonable technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online service can promise perfect security.
