A note from the founder

I built these programs from years of clinical work with veterans and from practicing many of these same skills in my own life. MHC is more than something to read. It is a place to learn, practice, and build skills for managing yourself — at work, in relationships, on difficult days, and in everyday life. If you live with chronic illness or serious symptoms, these skills are meant to work alongside your care, not replace it. The pass ends. What you build can stay with you.
